3.6 Automatic switch-off

The cuddle roll switches off automatically after approx.90 minutes, The temperature

display then starts to flash. To switch on the cuddle roll again, first set to '0' , wait

approximately 5 seconds and then select the desired temperature setting. Switch off

the cuddle roll (setting '0') or unplug it from the mains if you are no longer going to
use the cuddle roll after the automatic switch-off.

4. Cleaning and care

Before cleaning the cuddle roll, always unplug it from the mains.
Before washing, first remove the plug-in connection including the switch
from the cuddle roll (see illustration).
Undo the zip fastener of the cover and remove the cuddle roll. The fabric
cover can be cleaned according to the symbols on the label.
Smaller stains on the cuddle roll can be removed using a cloth or moist sponge together with
a little liquid detergent for delicate fabrics if necessary. Do not use any cleaning agents contai-
ning solvents.
Please note that the cuddle roll should not be dry-cleaned, wrung out, machine-dried, pressed
or ironed. Set the washing machine at a gentle washing cycle at 40°C. For ecological reasons,
we recommend that the cuddle roll is only washed together with other textiles. Use a detergent
for delicate fabrics and dose it according to the manufacturers instructions.
Please note that excessive washing will wear out the cuddle roll. For this reason, the cuddle
roll should only be machine-washed a maximum of 10 times throughout its entire life. When
drying the cuddle roll, do not use clothes pegs or anything similar, and never switch the
cuddle roll on to dry it!
Do not reconnect the switch to the cuddle roll until the plug-in connection and the
cuddle roll are completely dry. When you put the cuddle roll back into its cover, make sure
that the cable comes out at end of the zip fastener as it will otherwise jam the zip.
5. Storage
If you are not going to use the cuddle roll for some time, we recommend storing it in its original
packaging in a dry place without anything weighing it down. Let the cuddle roll cool down first.
6. Disposal
Please dispose of the blanket in accordance with the directive 2002/96/EG – WEEE
(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). If you have any queries, please refer to the
local authorities responsible for waste disposal.
