Turn the temperature selector as far as it will go in an
anticlockwise and clockwise direction.

Activating the scald protection function

The scald protection limits the domestic hot water outlet tem-
perature to 43 °C, in order to prevent any risk of scalding.
Limiting the domestic hot water temperature prevents the
formation of scale deposits

Remove the PCB (1) on the rear of the front panel from
its retainer.
Ensure that the fixing tabs are not damaged.
2.
Offset the plug to the right in order to limit the temper-
ature to 43 °C.
3.
Reattach the PCB (1) and, in doing so, ensure that it is
seated correctly in the fixing tabs.

Checking function and leak-tightness

1.
Check that the product functions correctly and check
the tightness.
2.
Start up the product.
3.
Check that all of the safety devices are working cor-
rectly.
4.
Make sure that the front casing is properly installed.

Handing the product over to the end
user

Inform the end user how to handle the product. Answer
any questions the end user may have.
2.
Draw special attention to the safety warnings that the
end user must follow.
3.
Inform the end user of the necessity to have the
product maintained according to the specified intervals.
4.
Pass all of the instructions and documentation for the
product to the end user for safe-keeping.

Risk of electric shock
If there are faults or leaks, there is a risk of
electric shock.
Earth the product.
If a fault occurs, use the partition that
is installed on-site (e.g. fuses or power
switches) to disconnect the product from
the power supply.
In the event of a leak at the unit, close the
cold water supply immediately.
