6. Option 2 "START-CANCEL":
When you have set the re-
quired water temperature,
press the START-CANCEL
button (5). Only the set water
temperature will now illuminate
in the display (7). Heating will
begin.
When the set temperature is
reached, the signal tone will
sound three times in a row and
all indicators will go out. The
kettle is now in standby.
Additional Informationen:
– As soon as you have made your
selection, you will hear a signal
tone indicating that the selected
function will start shortly.
– When the kettle starts tempera-
ture selection mode, the signal
tone will sound three times in
succession. If no action is tak-
en within one minute, all indica-
tors will go out and the kettle will
switch to standby mode.
– When the appliance is switched
on, the current water tempera-
ture is permanently displayed.
– You can end heating and keep-
ing warm at any time by press-
ing the START-CANCEL but-
ton (5).
– The water temperature may dif-
fer by ±5 °C from the set tem-
perature.

Pouring the water

1. Use the handle to lift the kettle
off the base.
2. With the lid closed, pour the
heated water through the
spout (1) and into your chosen
container. If you
– want to heat more water, al-
low the appliance to cool off
for approx. 30 seconds.
– do not want to heat any more
water, pull the mains plug out
of the socket.
Empty the kettle after every
use to prevent limescale
from building up prematurely.
