Cause
The Jumping Jet Rainbow Flash is too deep
in the water
Power plug of pump or 12V control box not
inserted
The jet diaphragm not centred around the
water jet
No basic program active
The water does not pass the centre of the
jet diaphragm
Filter and screen are clogged
The Jumping Jet Rainbow Flash is too deep
in the water
Water jet is torn apart by strong wind
Filter and screen are clogged
Pump takes in air
The LED of the spotlight is defective
Remedy
Adapt unit to the water depth
Connect unit to the power supply
Adjust the jet diaphragm such that the water
jet can pass unhindered
Activate a basic program using the
controller
