X Dispose of irreparable Vaporizer after the warranty period via the
material cycle or send it to our Service Center.

Possible Cause
Battery is empty
Battery tempera-
ture is too high.
Battery tempera-
ture is too low.
USB Charger or USB-C
Cable is not suitable.
The Vaporizer is
faulty.

Remedy
XCheck battery display.
XCharge battery if neces-
sary.
XAlternatively: Operate
Vaporizer with USB-C
Supercharger.
XLet the Vaporizer cool
down.
XMove the Vaporizer to a
warm environment.
XDo not heat the Vaporizer
with an external heat
source such as a stove,
microwave or lighter.
XUse original Storz &
Bickel accessories.
XSwitch off the Vaporizer
immediately.
XPull out the plug.
XContact our Service
Center.
