4.3 Error messages
The control electronics unit of your SO BIKE will continuously check that all important components are working properly. If your SO BIKE detects any malfunction, it will be shown on the display
instead of the usual (speed) information. The definition of each error code is given in the table below. The display surface on the display is shown in the figure below the list.

Throttle does not turn back to original position (remain in the high position)

Throttle is defect

Overvoltage protection

Hall signal line failure of the motor
"09"
Motor phase cable failure
"10"
Motor temperature to high (protection point reached)
"11"
Motor temperature sensor failure
"12"
Failure of the current sensor
"13"
Battery temperature to high
"14"
The temperature of the controller is too high (protection point reached)
"15"
Failure of the controller's temperature sensor
"21"
Speed sensor failure
"23"
Light failure
"24"
Failure of the light sensor
"25"
Failure of the torque signal from the torque sensor
"26"
Torque sensor speed failure
"30"
System communication failure
Note: You cannot exit the error code interface until the problem has been resolved. Stop using the SO BIKE immediately if the display shows one of these error messages. The display
surface on the display is shown in the adjacent figure. Turn the device off and on again. Make sure the battery is fully charged. If the error message persists, contact SoFlow Service
