the welding helmet. When adjusting it,
make sure that the welding helmet sits
as low as possible on your head and as
close as possible to your face.
• Set the appropriate darkening level
before the welding process (see table
below). The darkening level can be set
manually by turning the darkening con-
trol (5) on the outside of the helmet.
m ATTENTION! The darkening control (5)
has the setting position "Grind". When the
darkening control (5) is set to this position,
automatic darkening is deactivated. Only
use this setting if you do not want to use
the welding helmet for welding. Automatic
darkening is then not active.
Check the light proofing before each use.
