• Never immerse the appliance, lid with motor unit, power cord and power
plug in water for cleaning.
• This electrical appliance complies with the relevant safety standards. In case
of signs of damage to the appliance or the power cord, unplug the appliance
immediately. Repairs may be affected by authorised specialist shops only.
Improper repairs may result in considerable dangers for the user.
• Improper use and disregard of the instruction manual void all warranty
claims.

Safety advices for using the appliance

Attention: Hazard of injury!
• During operation, do not use any object to stir in the inner
container and never touch the running blade.
To avoid injuries it is imperative to keep your hair, hands and
clothes away from the running blade!
• Before replacing accessories or accessory parts which are
moving in operation, the appliance must be switched off and
disconnected from the power supply!
• The appliance has a delayed motor stop after it has been
switched off. Therefore only remove the lid with motor unit
after complete standstill!
• Do not touch the sharp-edged serrated 3-winged blade!
Always handle cutting tools with care to avoid injuries!
• Always disconnect the appliance from the mains if it is not
supervised as well as before assembling, disassembling,
cleaning and in case of non-use!
• Only operate the appliance, if it has been assembled
correctly!
Caution: Hazard of injury/burns/scalding!
• The surfaces of the appliance, inner container, lid with motor
unit, blade unit and blending bell are getting hot during use!
• Before each use, check the condition of the rubber nipples at
the lower side of the lid for damage - if these are damaged,
the appliance must not be used!
• When opening the lid, hot steam or hot liquid can escape!
