Cooling and ventilating
Overheated rooms can be cooled due to the high-volume air flow of an ACE Turbo Ventilator. Put the
unit on the floor or an other even surface and let air flow from cooler areas or from outside.

(4) Operation

1. Connect the unit to an earthed socket.
2. Set up the unit in the desired operation position. The arrow at the side of the unit indicates the
direction of air flow.
3. Set the switch to your desired speed. Position I is equivalent to low air flow (2,930 m³/h) and
position II to high air flow (3,880 m³/h).
4. Check correct operation before leaving the unit unattended. For reasons of safety, do not move or
carry the Turbo dryer during operation.

(5) Maintenance / repair

CAUTION: Remove the mains plug before maintenance and repair.
Inspection of the electric system: Check the power cord for damage in regular intervals. Remove
the housing in regular intervals and check the internal wiring for bare wires, loose fasteners and
discolouration. If and when necessary remove and repair the damaged cable.
Cleaning the grid: Regularly remove lint or other soiling from the protective grid.
Clean housing: Clean the housing with a mild detergent and water. The original shine and colour of
the unit can be restored using HEYLO POWER CLEAN plastic cleaner (Art. No 1800104)
Checking the outside: Check the external components and make sure that have been installed
correctly. Listen for unusual noises. Repair or replace components as required.
Cleaning the components: Using a vacuum cleaner or compressed air, remove lint and dust from fan
blade, motor and protective grid.
Motor and wiring must remain dry: In order to not damage the electric components, the turbo dryer
must not be cleaned by a water hose or pressurised water. If electrical components get wet
nonetheless, they have to be dried immediately.
Motor bearings: The bearings of the ACE Turbo Ventilator are greased for life. Do not oil.
