4.3 Kompressor
Bei dem Standardkompressor handelt es sich um einen
ölgeschmierten, wassergekühlten Schraubenkompressor.
Der Riemenantrieb ist werksseitig mit der richtigen
Spannung eingestellt und sollte nur bei Bedarf nachgestellt
werden.
Die vom Kompressor geförderte Druckluft wird geregelt.
Das Regelsystem des Kompressors passt hierbei die
Förderleistung des Kompressors dem Luftbedarf an und
hält den Leistungsbedarf je m³ möglichst gering.
Ein Schraubenkompressor arbeitet nach dem selben Prinzip
wie eine Turbine. Die Luft wird mit Hilfe zweier Rotoren
angesaugt, komprimiert und gefördert. Hierbei läst sich der
Volumenstrom über ein Ventil zur Regelung der
Ansaugluft, an den tatsächlichen Luftverbrauch anpassen.
Anschließend wird die komprimierte Luft in einem
Ölseperator und einem Filter gereinigt.
4.4 Hohlstrahlrohr
Das ONE SEVEN C–Strahlrohr mit Kugelhahn, Handgriff
und 25mm Rundstrahldüse ist besonders für das ONE-
SEVEN System geeignet. Die Rundstrahldüse wird mittels
einer Schnellkupplung mit dem Absperrorgan verbunden.
Der Durchmesser von 25mm hat sich als idealer
Kompromiss zwischen Schaumkonsistenz und Wurfweite
erwiesen. Sollten größere Wurfweiten gewünscht werden
(z.B.
beim
Waldbrandeinsatz),
zusätzliche Beschaffung einer 22mm Rundstrahldüse.
Werden keine großen Wurfweiten, jedoch bessere
Verschäumung gefragt, empfiehlt es sich, die als Zubehör
erhältliche 32mm Rundstrahldüse zu verwenden.
4.5 Verschäumungsstrecke
Die Verschäumungsstrecke dient der Verschäumung, also
der Vermischung von Wasser, Schaummittel und der
zugeführten Luft.

4.3 Compressor
The compressor is a screw compressor with oil lubrication
and water cooling. The belt drive is correctly setted in our
factory and it should only be re-setted if necessary.
The compressed air is regularly delivered and the
compressor's own regulation system adapts the charge
capacity to the air consumption. Therefore the power
supply of each cubic meter is the most possible smallest
one.
This rotary screw compressor works like a turbine. The air
is primed, compressed and delivered by two rotaries.
Because of this principle the pressed volume flow is
adjusted to the effective comsumption of air by a valve
regulating the sauction of the air.
Finally the compressed air is cleaned by a oil separator
and a filter.
4.4 Nozzles
The ONE SEVEN 1½" nozzle with ball valve, handhold
and 25 mmØ smooth bore tip is especially suited for the
ONE SEVEN installation. The smooth bore tip is
connected by a fast attack coupling with a shut-off device.
The diameter of 25 mm shows an ideal solution between
the consistency of the foam and the throw. We
recommend to acquire additionnally a smooth bore tip
with a diamter of 22 mm, if larger throws were needed
(e. g. fightening at forest fires). If there are asked better
foaming results (tight consistency of foam) instead of
large throws, we recommend to use the 32mm smooth
bore tip (It is as accessorie available).
4.5 Foaming line
This segment serves to produce the foam by mixing water
with foam agent and compressed air.
