2 Sicherheits- und Warnhinweise

Stellen sie sicher, dass Sie die Bedienungsanleitung
sorgfältig gelesen und verstanden haben, bevor sie das
ONESEVEN System in Betrieb nehmen.
2.1 Persönliche Vorraussetzungen
Das System darf nur von qualifizierten / geschulten
Personen bedient werden, die physisch und psychisch
dazu in der Lage sind. Weiterhin muss sichergestellt
sein, dass das Personal die Bedienungsanleitung
gelesen und verstanden hat.
2.2 Funktions- und Sicherheitsüberprüfung
Nach jedem Einsatz und nach längerem Stillstand muss
eine Funktions- und
werden. Dazu gehören Wasser- und Schaumleitungen,
Motor, Kompressor und Pumpe.
Mängel, welche die Sicherheit und Funktion betreffen,
müssen vor Wiederinbetriebnahme behoben werden.
Die vom Hersteller angebrachten Sicherheits- und
Warnhinweise dürfen nicht entfernt werden.
Die nationalen Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungs-
vorschriften sind zu beachten.

2.3 Beim Einsatz

Vorsicht bei Hochspannungsleitungen
Lebensgefahr!
•
OS-Anlage nie ohne Schaummittel betreiben,
da das Wasser-Luft-Gemisch zu starken
Schlägen im Schlauchsystem führt.
•
Wenn die Öltemperaturkontrolllampe leuchtet
und/oder der Warnsummer ertönt ist die
Anlage schnellstmöglich außer Betrieb zu
nehmen.

2 Safety advices and warnings
Ensure that you have read and understood the manual
of the ONESEVEN system before setting it into
operation.

2.1 Personal requirements

The personnel operating this system have to be
qualified and trained. Furthermore the personal has to
be in the physical and mental condition to operate it
safe.
2.2 Function and safety test
After every operation and a long stay period, a function
and safety test has to be made. Therefore check all
hoses and connections, the compressor, the pump and
the engine. All defects have to be repaired before
setting the system back into operation.
The safety advices and labels attached by the
manufacturer must not be removed or covered.
Furthermore the personnel must stick to the national
safety regulations and the regulations for preventing
accidents.
2.3 In operation
•
Don't point nozzles towards people – risk of
injury!
•
– Caution at high voltage lines – danger!
•
Don't run the system without foam agent, the
water-air-mixture would cause the hose to
stroke.
•
If the oil temperature control light shows up
red and/or the buzzer sounds, the system
should be shut down as soon as possible.
