5.4 Vor Inbetriebnahme der Einheit
• Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung und die
Sicherheitshinweise
• Lesen Sie die Hersteller- und Sicherheitshinweise
für das verwendete Schaummittel
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass die ONE SEVEN® Einheit
mit dem Schaummittelbehälter verbunden ist
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Abgänge mit Schläuchen
verbunden sind und sich das Bedienpersonal in
Bereitschaft befindet.
• Vergewissern

5.5 Inbetriebnahme der Einheit
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Hebel (31) auf
Tankbetrieb steht (mit Blick auf die Anlage nach
links weisend). Weist der Hebel in die andere
Richtung, kann aus Hydranten bzw. aus offenen
Gewässern angesaugt werden.

2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Ansaugschlauch des
Zumischers
mit
verbunden ist und der Zumischer eingeschaltet ist
3. Starten Sie den Motor der ONE SEVEN® Einheit
(siehe Kapitel - 5.3
4. Regeln Sie die Motordrehzahl auf Vollgas ein.
5. Falls Sie die OS1200SU im Saugbetrieb betreiben
möchten, gehen sie vor wie oben beschrieben, stellen
Sie jedoch den Hebel (31) auf Saugbetrieb (zeigt
dann auf den Bediener zu) um und kuppeln Sie einen
Saugschlauch (21) für den Saugbetrieb an. Um aus
Gewässern oder Behältern Wasser anzusaugen,
Drücken Sie den Hebel (23) solange ein, bis ein
Vakuum aufgebaut wurde.
6. Öffnen sie den C-Abgang (Schaum) durch drücken des
Tasters (32).

Um
zwischen
den
Trockenschaum zu wechseln, drücken Sie die Taste
(14). Lampe aus = Nassschaum,
Lampe an = Trockenschaum.
Sollte Netzmittel benötigt werden, kann die Luft mit der
Taste (13) abgeschaltet werden.
Bemerkung
Bei einer Zumischrate von 0,3 – 0,5% wird das beste
Schaumergebnis erzeugt. Ist die Zumischrate einmal
eingestellt, muss diese in der Regel nicht mehr geändert
werden.

Please make sure, that ONE SEVEN®
installation is connected with the foam-agent-
container

Make sure the outlets are connected to hoses,
and the operating personnel is ready.
•
At last, please make sure, that the installation
is ready to operate
5.5 Setting into operation
1. Make sure that the switch (31) is in the
leftward position, for operating the system
with water from the tank. Is the position
straight to the unit, so is it possible to suck
from a hydrant or an external source.

2. Make sure that the suction hose of the
proportioner is connected to the foaming
agent canister and that the proportioner is
switched on
3. Start the engine of the ONE SEVEN®
system (chapter 5.3 - Kohler Command
CH25)
4. Adjust the rpm of the motor to full power.
5. If you want to use the OS1200T in suction
operation, follow steps 1 to 4 as described,
but change the position of the switch (31)
towards the operator and connect a suction
hose to the inlet (21). Press device (23) until
the pump has created a vacuum.
6. Open the C-outlet (foam) with button (32)
und
7. To change between wet and dry foam, press
the button (14). Light off – wet foam, light on
– dry foam.
Air can be switched off by pressing button (13) if
wetting agent is needed.
Remark
The best foaming results are reached by an adding rate
of foam agent of 0,3 % and of faom agent of 0,5 %. If
the proportioning rate is once adjusted, it needn't to be
changed again.
