5.9 Sicherheitshinweise

•
Wasserdruck der Anlage
Der Wasserdruck sollte für die einwandfreie Funktion
der Einheit immer 8bar betragen. Fällt der Druck unter 2
bar, leuchtet die Warnlampe (12) auf und die Luftzufuhr
wird unterbrochen. In diesem Fall ist der Druck sofort zu
erhöhen, oder die Einheit abzuschalten!
•
Luftdruck der Anlage
Der Luftdruck sollte gleich dem Wasserdruck 8bar
betragen. Die Luftzufuhr ist automatisiert und kann vom
Bedienpersonal nicht verändert werden. Bei Störung
sofort das Servicepersonal verständigen.
Hinweis: Bei Ausfall der Luftzufuhr entsteht am
Ausgang Netzmittel.
•
Öltemperatur des Kompressors
siehe Seite 11, Öltemperaturüberwachung!
•
Verwendung anderer Schaummittel
Sollten Sie nicht ONE
verwenden, dann achten Sie unbedingt auf die vom
Hersteller empfohlene Einstellung der Zumischrate.
•
Fehlendes Schaummittel
Sollte die Zufuhr des Schaummittels unterbrochen sein
(z.B. leerer Schaumbehälter), so führt das zu einem
pulsierendem Ausbringen
(„Schläge" in der Leitung)
Hier sofort die Luft durch drücken des Tasters (13)
abschalten.

Strahlrohr
Bei geschlossenem Strahlrohr wird ein statischer Druck
von 8bar aufgebaut, der beim Öffnen des Strahlrohrs
einen hohen Kraftaufwand zum Führen des Strahlrohrs
erforderlich macht.

Water pressure of the installation
To run this unit trouble free, the water pressure sould
always have 8 bar. If the pressure goes down under 2
bar, the warning lamp (12) will lighten and the air
supply will be interupted. In this case you have to
increase immediately the pressure or to cut off the
installation!
•
Air pressure of the installation
The air pressure should be the same as the water
pressure, namely 8 bar. The air supply is
automatically adjusted and cannot be changed by the
operational personnel. If there is any cause of
trouble, please inform immediately the after-sales
service personnel.
Advice: In case of no air supply there will be wetting
agent at the outlet.
•
Oil temperature of the compressor
Please look at page 11, chapter "control of oil
temperature"!
•
Use of other foam agent
If you didn't use ONE SEVEN® foam compounds,
you should absolutely keep to the instructions of the
proportioning rates recom- mended by the other
producers.
•
Missing foaming agent
If the supply of the foam agent is interupted (e. g.
empty foam container), the water-air-mixture will be
discharged with pulsations. Immedeately cutoff the air
by pressing button (13).
•
Nozzle
If the nozzle is closed, there is a static pressure of 8
bar, then you need a lot of force to hold the nozzle
during its opening.
