5.2 Kompressor T3
Bei dem Standardkompressor handelt es sich um einen
ölgeschmierten, wassergekühlten Schraubenkompressor.
Der Riemenantrieb wird durch das verschieben des
Kompressors auf der Grundplatte gespannt.
5.2.1 Öltemperatur Überwachung
Die Öltemperatur des Kompressors wird überwacht. Es
sind zwei Warnanzeigen (5), (6) und ein Warnsummer (7)
für die Temperaturanzeige angebracht. Als Warnanzeige ist
eine Temperaturanzeige (analog) (5) in °C, sowie eine rote
Warnleuchte (6) montiert, die bei überschreiten der
Temperatur von 100°C leuchtet. Der Warnsummer (7)
ertönt ebenfalls bei einer Temperatur über 100°C. Sollte
die Warnleuchte (6) leuchten und/oder der Summer (7)
ertönen, muss sofort die komplette Anlage abgeschaltet
werden.
5.2.2 Inbetriebnahme des Kompressors
Der Kompressor wird mit Starten des Motors (Kapitel
5.3.1) in Betrieb genommen. Er läuft so lange entlastet mit,
bis Druckluft entnommen wird. Dieser Vorgang ist
automatisiert und wird über das Einlaßventil geregelt.
Mit dem Abschalten des Motors wird auch der Kompressor
wieder abgeschaltet und entlastet.
Über die Druckluftkupplung (11) kann bei laufendem
Kompressor jederzeit zusätzlich Luft entnommen werden.

This compressor is a standard water cooled screw type
compressor with oil lubrication.
The belt drive is fastened by shifting the compressor on its
base.
5.2.1 Control of oil temperature
The compressor's oil temperature is controlled by
two warning indicators (5), (6) and there is
buzzer signal (7), too. The warning indicator (5)
shows the oil temperature in °Celsius and the
indicator (6) will show a red light as well as the
buzzer signal (7) will sound, if the temperature
has passed 100° C. In this case the complete
installation must be cut off.
5.2.2 Compressor's setting into operation
The compressor will be setted into operation after
having started the engine (chapter 5.3.1). It runs
free of load as long as compressed air will be
delivered.

In case of cutting off the engine, the compressor
will also be cutted off and discharged.
When the compressor is working, you can also
draw air over the coupling (11) at every time, but
the engine must go on running.
