Commissioning

Check the filter and rinsing water line for correct
installation and leakage.
Turn handwheel (1) clockwise until the stop is
reached to carry out a first backwashing.
Close the flushing water outlet.
Open the on-site shut-off valves upstream and
downstream from the backwash filter.

Vent the pipeline via the next connection after the
filter.
The filter is ready for operation.

Operation

The filter must be backwashed at the latest when
the max. permissible pressure difference (1.2 bar)
is reached.
We recommend backwashing the filter at least

once a month.
Turn the handwheel (1) counterclockwise to the
upper stop. Close the filter by turning it clockwise.

Set the date for the next backwash on the date
ring (4).
