To change an ER11 collet, insert the collet at an angle into the eccentric ring
of the clamping nut until it audibly engages.
Collet Calmping Nut
You can only clamp insertion tools when the collet is locked in the position
shown. Screw the clamping nut with the inserted collet lightly onto the coun-
terpart on the milling motor, the clamping nut receptacle, while actuating the
shaft lock button.
Now, carefully insert a tool and then screw the complete unit (consisting of
collet, clamping nut and insertion tool) tightly onto the clamping nut receptacle
on the milling motor.

let by first inserting it into the clamping nut receptacle.
Without first engaging the collet into the clamping nut, this
cannot lead to a tight fit of the insertion tool.
