The emergency stop switch can only effect the stop of all components if these components are electronically
connected with the emergency stop switch. Be sure to test the functionality of the emergency switch before
using the machine. The switch has to be capable of stopping the entire machine in case of an emergency!
Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs.
Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. The product is only suitable for indoor use. Water enter-
ing an electronic part will increase the risk of electric shocks.
Do not abuse the cord / hose. Never use the cord / hose for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool.
Keep cord / hose away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords / hoses
increase the risk of electric defects and malfunctions.
Make sure that the power tool cannot cut its own cord, therefore never install the power cord across the
machine table. Cutting a „live" wire may shock the operator.
Use a ground fault circuit interrupter to reduce the risk of electric shock.
The power cord must only be served by a STEPCRAFT service facility to avoid the risk of injury to the user.
The power supply has to be connected to the CNC machine before it is connected to the power grid. Other-
wise, there is a chance of damaging the electronics of your CNC machine.
If you use any third party products such as e. g. another controller, you are responsible yourself to connect
the emergency stop switch professionally with your controller. Otherwise, there is a risk for personal and
material damages!

Disconnect the plug of the machine and the power tool from the power source before making any adjust-
ments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Otherwise, there is a risk of electrocution and the
machine accidentally starting.
This product is not intended to be used in human or veterinary medical applications. This can lead to seri-
ous personal injury.
Do not alter or misuse the tool. Any alteration or modification is a misuse and may result in serious personal
injury.
If the insertion tool becomes jammed or bogged down in the workpiece, turn the power tool "OFF" (0) by
the switch. Stop the CNC program or, alternatively, activate the emergency switch of the CNC system. Wait
for all oscillating parts to stop and disconnect the power tool from the power source before working to free
the jammed material. The tool switch remaining in the „ON" (1) position can lead to an unexpected restart
that can cause serious injuries.
Do not reach in the area of the tool. The proximity of the blade to your hand may not always be obvious.
Otherwise there is a risk of serious personal injuries.
Do not use AC only rated tools with a DC power supply. While the tool may appear to work, the electrical
components of the AC rated tool are likely to fail and create a hazard to the operator.
This product is controlled by a computer. During operation, it cannot be controlled directly. Lack of caution
or expertise as well as program errors can lead to unexpected movements and personal injuries or damage.
The power tool has to be controlled by a control software of a CNC router. Therefore, the control unit of the
power tool has to be properly connected to the external output of the main board of the CNC router via a
15-pin Sub-D cable. Prior to each commissioning of the power tool the ON / OFF, speed and emergency stop
switch functionality has to be checked. Malfunction may result in serious personal injury.
