Press the button to start the cooking program. While the pressure in the pot is created, the
time on the display will not change. The pressure cooker begins to count down the time
after the correct pressure is reached for the selected food. Once the cooking process has
been started, press the „Keep warm/Cancel" button at any time to end the program and the
pressure cooker enters into standby mode.
FOOD MENU BUTTONS
Use these buttons to select a Menu function (Oatmeal, Soup/Broth, Poultry, Egg, Bean/
Chili, Rice, Pressure Cook, Meat/Stew, Steam, Multigrains, Canning). Press again to set
cooking modes (
begin the cooking cycle.
1) The Default Cook Time will display for the selected setting. For example, if Rice is
selected, the display will show 00 12. There is no need to press any other button.
2) The Rice Indicator will blink 10 times and the unit will begin heating. The Pre-heating

3) As the unit heats up and pressure builds, the Float Valve will rise. The amount of liquid

PRESSURE LEVEL BUTTON
Use this button to select pressure cooking level, Low Pressure (30 ~ 40 kPa) or
High Pressure (50 ~ 70 kPa). The „Pressure" button is used in combination with the
program buttons. The initial working pressure is high.
• High pressure is suitable for most foods.
• Use low pressure for fine foods such as fish and some vegetables.
Using Soup as an example, first press the Soup button and set the pressure cooking time,
the Soup indicator will blink and High pressure indicator will be highlight, press the
Pressure Level once, the Low pressure indicator will light up. The working pressure will be
high pressure if you press the Pressure Level button twice.

DELAY START BUTTON

Use this button to program the pressure cooker to begin cooking at a later time up
to 24-hours. This button is used in combination with the Menu. We do not

recommend using this feature for fast perishable foods such as meat or fish, if left untreated
for several hours at room temperature.
