one nut (M16) each.

M16x90 and 4 nuts M16 between the shut-off
valves and the Y-pipe and equally tighten cross-
wise.

M16x100 and 4 nuts M16 between the Y-pipe
and the adapter flange and equally tighten
crosswise.
