Aufbau
• Die Transportplatte wird zuerst mit der Positionierung
autom. PA 02 (oder PH 03) gestoppt und positioniert, d.h.
verriegelt, siehe Datenblatt PA 02 (oder PH 03). Erst
danach wird mit der Abhebevorrichtung die Transport-
platte unterstützt, dabei wird mit einem Pneumatikzylinder
zwei zur Transportplatte parallele Auflagen über eine
schiefe Ebene unter die Transportplatte gefahren, bis die
beiden Auflagen die Transportplatte berühren. Über eine
Stellschraube wird die Höhe der beiden Auflagen
eingestellt.
• Näherungsschalter und Pneumatikventile sind im
Lieferumfang nicht enthalten.
Ausbau
• Die Abhebevorrichtung kann ohne Anpassungsaufwand
auf der ganzen Länge des Transportmodules eingebaut
werden.
• Bei Vertikalkräften grösser als 300 N wird ein zusätzlicher
Stützfuss installiert, welcher die Kraft direkt auf den Fuss-
boden ableitet.

Comprising
• First, the transport plate is brought to a halt and
positioned by means of the manual or automatic stop
(PA 02 or PH 03). The transport plate is then supported
by the load support, whilst two supports, parallel with the
transport plate, are pushed by a cylinder along a sloping
surface underneath the transport plate, until the two
supports touch the plate. The height of the two supports
are regulated by an adjustment screw.

Extension
• The load support can be installed along the entire length
of the transport module, without the need of any
modification
• If vertical forces exceed 300 N, an additional supporting
structure can be mounted that will divert the forces
directly onto the floor
