Positionierung manuell / Manual stop

Merkmale
• Vereinzeln und stoppen der Transportplatten.
Aufbau
• Der Anschlag der Transportplatte läuft auf der Innenseite
auf den Stopper der Positionierung auf. Über den
Näherungsinitiator im Abfragehalter wird die Anwesenheit
der Transportplatte registriert. Mit Hilfe eines 5/2 Wege-
Ventils wird der Stopper geöffnet und die Transportplatte
freigegeben. Eine Rückstellfeder setzt den Stopper
wieder zurück und die folgende Transportplatte wird
gestoppt.
• Näherungsschalter und Pneumatikventile sind im
Lieferumfang nicht enthalten.
Ausbau
• Der Anbau der PH 03 kann über die ganze Länge des
Transportmodules erfolgen. Ausnahme bei Endmodul
EM 01/02 mit Riemenumlenkung.
• In der gleichen Automatikstation können mehrere
Positionierungen montiert werden. Dadurch ergibt sich ein
Rastermass von minimal 55 mm. In der Kombination mit
mehreren Anschlägen oder Sonderanschlägen auf der
Transportplatte kann jede mögliche Distanz getaktet
werden.

Steuerung
• Die Positionierung PH 03 in einer manuellen Arbeits-
station kann entweder direkt mit einem manuell betätigten
Pneumatikventil verschlaucht werden (Hand-, Knie- oder
Fussventil) oder indirekt über eine SPS angesteuert
werden.
• Die Ein- und Ausgänge der Positionierung PH 03 als
Vorstopper in einer Automatikstation können von der
Steuerung der Automatikstation direkt verarbeitet werden.
• Zur Steuerung der Positionierung manuell PH 03 in einer
Erweiterungseinheit EW 05/07, in einem Bypass
BP 02/03, in einem Palettenlift PL 03 oder in einem
Vertikalspeicher VS 20 empfehlen wir unsere SPS Insel-
Steuerungen St 10 –14, siehe entsprechendes Datenblatt.
Wartung
• Leicht geölte Druckluft
• Periodische Reinigung entsprechend den Umwelt-
schutzbedingungen.

Characteristics
• Separates transport plates and brings them to an halt
Comprising
• The transport plate stop runs internally on the stopping
device of the manual stop. A proximity switch memorizes
the presence of the transporte plate. With the use of a
5/2 valve, the manual stop is opened and the transport
plate is released. A return spring resets the manual stop
and the next transport plate can than be brought to a halt.

Extension
• Can be installed along the entire length of the transport
module, apart from the head of the belt transmission
• A number of manual stops can be installed in the same
work station, thereby resulting a minimum transport plate
travel distance of 55 mm. Any transport plate travel
distance can be set, mounting a number of stop blocks
or a special stop block on the transport plate.

Control
• Installed in a manual work station, the manual stop can be
either connected directly with hoses to a manual air valve
(pedal, knee or manual valve), or controlled indirectly
by PLC.
• The in- and outputs of the manual stop which acts as a
preliminary stopping device in an automatic station, can
be controlled directly by the station's automatic control
unit.
• When the manual stop is controlled at a extension unit
EW 05/07, at a by-pass BP 02/03, at the pallet elevator
PL 03 or at the vertical magazine VS 20, we recommend
our plug able PLC-control with valve block St 10 – 14,
see the respective data sheet.
Maintenance
• Slight lubrication of compressed air system
• Periodic cleaning, depending on the surrounding
conditions
