Merkmale
• Arbeitsstation mit vorgelagerter Staustrecke.
• Aus- und Einschleusung rechtwinklig zur Haupt-
Transportstrecke.
• Mehrere Transportplatten können zur Bearbeitung in die
Erweiterung ausgeschleust werden, dadurch bleibt die
Durchfahrt auf der Haupttransportstrecke frei.
• Mit Hilfe von Positionierungen PH 03 und Paletten-
Durchlaufkontroll en wird der Palettenlauf koordiniert.
Aufbau
• Aus Standardmodulen des Paromat-Transfersystems.
• Doppeltransportmodul mit Antrieb AUSSEN.
• Komplett montiert und betriebsbereit.
• Näherungsschalter und Pneumatikventile sind im
Lieferumfang nicht enthalten.
Ausbau
• Kann an jedes Transportmodul mit ANTRIEB INNEN
angebaut werden.
• Sämtliche Module vom Paromat können
angebaut werden.

Steuerung
• Über die beiden Steuerkasten St 01 können die zwei
Bandmotoren ein- und ausgeschaltet werden.
• Die Bandmotoren sind gegen Überlast und Kurzschluss
abgesichert.
• Für die Steuerung der Aus-/Einschleusung empfehlen wir
die SPS-Inselsteuerung mit Ventilblock St 10.
• Steuerungsbeschreibung und Programmablaufplan sind
auf Wunsch erhältlich.
Wartung
• Leicht geölte Druckluft
• Periodische Reinigung entsprechend den Umwelt-
schutzbedingungen.

Control
• A control panel St 01 controls the decentralized
activation or deactivation of the two belt drive systems
• The drive systems are protected against overload or
short-circuiting
• For the control of the out- and inward transfer we
recommend the pluggable PLC-control St 10, with
valve block

Maintenance
• Slight lubrication of compressed air system
• Periodic cleaning, depending on the surrounding
conditions
