Merkmale
• Arbeitsstation mit vorgelagerter Staustrecke.
• Aus- und Einschleusung rechtwinklig zur Haupttransport-
strecke.
• Mehrere Transportplatten können zur Bearbeitung in den
Bypass ausgeschleust werden. Dadurch bleibt die
Durchfahrt auf der Haupttransportstrecke frei.
• Mit Hilfe von Positionierungen PH 03 und Paletten-
durchlaufkontrollen wird der Palettenlauf koordiniert.
Aufbau

Aus Standardmodulen des Paromat-Transfersystems.
• Komplett montiert und betriebsbereit.
•
Näherungsschalter und Pneumatikventile sind im
Lieferumfang nicht enthalten.
Ausbau
• Kann an jedes Transportmodul mit ANTRIEB INNEN
angebaut werden.
• Sämtliche Module vom Paromat können
angebaut werden.

Steuerung
• Über die drei Steuerkasten St 01 können die drei
Bandmotoren ein- und ausgeschaltet werden.
• Die Bandmotoren sind gegen Überlast und Kurzschluss
abgesichert.
• Für die Steuerung der Aus-/Einschleusung empfehlen wir
die SPS-Inselsteuerung mit Ventilblock St 14.
• Steuerungsbeschreibung und Programmablaufplan sind
auf Wunsch erhältlich.
Wartung
• Leicht geölte Druckluft
• Periodische Reinigung entsprechend den Umwelt-
schutzbedingungen.
