Merkmale
• Parallelstrecke zur Haupttransportstrecke.
• Aus- und Einschleusung 45 Grad.
• Die Transportplatte wird zur Bearbeitung in die Bypass-
Strecke ausgeschleust. Für die Durchfahrt der anderen
Transportplatten bleibt die Hauptstrecke frei.
• Mit Hilfe von Positionierungen PH 03 und Paletten-
durchlaufkontrollen wird der Palettenlauf koordiniert.
Aufbau
• Aus Standardmodulen des Paromat-Transfersystems.
• Komplett montiert und betriebsbereit.
• Näherungsschalter und Pneumatikventile sind im
Lieferumfang nicht enthalten.
Ausbau
• Durch den Einbau von weiteren Transportmodulen in die
Bypass-Strecke kann diese beliebig verlängert werden.
• Optional ist der Bypass auch mit integrierter Hauptstrecke
erhältlich.

Steuerung
• Der Bandmotor wird auf einen Steuerkasten einer Grund-
einheit verkabelt und kann von hier ein- und ausge-.
schaltet werden.
• Die Bandmotoren sind gegen Überlast und Kurzschluss
abgesichert.
• Für die Steuerung der Aus-/Einschleusung empfehlen wir
die SPS-Inselsteuerung mit Ventilblock St 14.
• Steuerungsbeschreibung und Programmablaufplan sind
auf Wunsch erhältlich.
Wartung
• Leicht geölte Druckluft
• Periodische Reinigung entsprechend den Umwelt-
schutzbedingungen.

Control
• The belt drive system is connected to a base module

• The drive systems are protected against overload or
short-circuiting
• For the control of the out- and inward transfer we
recommend the pluggable PLC-control St 14, with

• Slight lubrication of compressed air system
• Periodic cleaning, depending on the surrounding
conditions
