Aufbau
• Die Transportplatte läuft Außen in eine Flachführung ein,
und Innen läuft der Anschlag der Transportplatte auf einen
Stopper auf. Über einen Näherungsinitiator wird die
Anwesenheit der Transportplatte registriert. Danach wird
sie indexiert und gegen die Flachführung gepresst (ver-
riegelt). Durch die Indexierung wird die Transportplatte
vom Antriebsriemen freigesetzt. Mit Hilfe eines 5/3 Wege-
Ventils oder zwei 5/2 Wege-Ventile werden Indexierung
und Stopper zurückgezogen und die Transportplatte frei-
gegeben. Eine Rückstellfeder setzt den Stopper wieder
zurück und die folgende Transportplatte wird gestoppt.
• Näherungsschalter und Pneumatikventile sind im
Lieferumfang nicht enthalten.
Ausbau
• Der Anbau der PA 02 kann über die ganze Länge des
Transportmodules erfolgen. Ausnahme bei Endmodul
EM 01/02 mit Riemenumlenkung.

In der gleichen Automatikstation können mehrere
Positionierungen montiert werden. Dadurch ergibt sich ein
Rastermass von minimal 60 mm. In Kombination mit
mehreren Anschlägen oder Sonderanschlägen auf der
Transportplatte kann jede mögliche Distanz getaktet
werden.

Im Bedarfsfall kann die Positioniergenauigkeit konstruktiv
erhöht werden auf (+/- 0,005 mm).

Comprising

The auto stop is similar to the manual stop but incor-
porates a central location pin. In operation the transport
plate is arrested against the primary stop which is
forward in the stop position until retracted. Inertia is
cushioned by integral rubber buffer within the transport
plate Stop block. Upon making the proximity switch the
central locator pin enters the cone recase within the stop
block lifting the transport plate away from the drive belt
slightly, pushing the transport plate against the reaction
strip on the opposite side of the transport module. By
means of a 5/3 or two 5/2 valves the stop is retracted
and the transport plate released. A return spring resets the
auto stop.

Extension
• Can be installed along the entire length of the transport
module, apart from the head of the belt transmission

A number of automatic stops can be installed in the same
work station, thereby resulting a minimum transport plate
travel distance of 60 mm. Any transport plate travel
distance can be set, mounting a number of stop blocks
or a special stop block on the transport plate.
