Merkmale
• Das Drehmodul dient der Realisierung von Sekundärkreis- • The intermediate interchange is used to set up
läufen in den Doppeltransportmodulen DTM 800/1600,
siehe Anwendungsbeispiel.
Aufbau
• Das Drehmodul besteht aus einer Aus-/ Einschleusung
und aus einer speziell konzipierten Antriebsstrecke
zwischen den beiden Transportmodulen.
• Zwei Positionierungen PH 03 auf den Hauptstrecken vor
vor der Ausschleusung und vor der Einschleusung
Koordinieren den den Palettenlauf.
• Näherungsschalter und Pneumatikventile sind im
Lieferumfang nicht enthalten.
Ausbau
• Dieses Modul kann an jedes Doppeltransportmodul
DTM 800/1600 mit Antrieb aussen angebaut werden.
• Sämtliche Module vom Paromat können
angebaut werden.

Steuerung
• Für die Steuerung des Drehmoduls empfehlen wir die
Inselsteuerung
• Die Bandmotoren sind gegen Überlast und Kurzschluss
abgesichert.
• Für die Steuerung des Drehmoduls empfehlen wir
die SPS-Inselsteuerung mit Ventilblock St 10.
• Steuerungsbeschreibung und Programmablaufplan sind
auf Wunsch erhältlich.
Wartung
• Leicht geölte Druckluft
• Periodische Reinigung entsprechend den Umwelt-
schutzbedingungen.
