AA 90 / EE 90 Out- inward transfers

Merkmale
• Mit der Ausschleusung A 90 wird die Transportplatte von
der Hauptstrecke nach rechts ausgeschleust. Mit der
Einschleusung E 90 wird die Transportplatte von rechts
in die Hauptstrecke eingeschleust.
• Mit der Ausschleusung AA 90 wird die Transportplatte von • With the outward transfer AA 90 the transport plate is
der Hauptstrecke nach links ausgeschleust. Mit der
Einschleusung EE 90 wird die Transportplatte von links
in die Hauptstrecke eingeschleust.
• Mit der zusammengebauten Aus- / Einschleusung A/E 90
oder AA/EE 90 wird die Transportplatte von der Haupt-
strecke immer auf ein Doppeltransportmodul DTM 800/
1600 aus-, resp. in die Hauptstrecke eingeschleust.
Aufbau
• Pneumatische Schiebeweiche
• Positionierungen und Durchlaufkontrollen für die
Koordination des Palettenlaufes.
• Näherungsschalter und Pneumatikventile sind im
Lieferumfang nicht enthalten.
Ausbau
• Der Einbau der Aus- / oder Einschleusung kann auf der
ganzen Länge des Transportmoduls erfolgen, dazu
werden Rollenführungen und Halteleiste der Stützrollen an
der entsprechenden Stelle aufgetrennt.
• Eine Rechts oder Links Ein-/ oder Ausschleusung
können nie zusammen auf das gleiche Transportmodul
montiert werden.
• In der Verwendung mit einer Aus-/ Einschleusung nach
Links, AA 90 und EE 90, wird der Bandantrieb nach
AUSSEN gesetzt.

Steuerung
• Für die Steuerung der Aus-/Einschleusung empfehlen wir
die SPS-Inselsteuerung mit Ventilblock St 10.
• Steuerungsbeschreibung und Programmablaufplan sind
auf Wunsch erhältlich.
Wartung
• Leicht geölte Druckluft
• Periodische Reinigung entsprechend den Umwelt-
schutzbedingungen.

Characteristics
• With the outward transfer A 90 the transport plate is
directed from the main transport line to the right side.
With the inward transfer E 90 the transport plate is
directed onto the main transport line from the right side.

• Combining the out- and inward transfer A/E 90 or AA/EE
90, the transport plate is directed on and off the main
line via a double transport module DTM 800/1600.

Extension
• The out- and inward transfer can be installed along the
entire length of the transport module, roller fixation and
roller guideways are therefore opened at required point
• Out- and inward transfer operating on either left or right
side cannot be mounted on the same transport module
• When out- and inward transfer operating onto and from the
left side, the belt drive system of the transport module
must be positioned on the OUTSIDE
