Problem
Blind does not work.
Motor LED flashes red.
Blind is not charging.
Multiple blinds respond to a
remote. (Unable to program
a single blind)
Blind moves in small steps.
Favourite position can not
be programmed.
Blind lowers too far.
Blind moves in the opposite
direction.
The blind keeps moving up
and down.

Cause
Motor is in transport mode.
Motor battery is empty.
Remote battery is empty. (LEDS of
remote are flashing rapidly.)
Remote battery is inserted
incorrectly.
Radio-frequency interference
The distance from the remote to
the motor is too far.
The remote is not connected to
the blind.
The battery of the motor is empty.
Charger is not plugged in or does
not work.
Multiple blinds are paired to a single
channel.
1) No end limits are programmed.
2) Direct control is de-activated.
No end limits are programmed.
End limits are programmed incorrect. Reprogram end limits. See step 7- 10.
The direction of rotation has been
set incorrect.
The blind is in program mode.
Solution
Activate the motor. See step 24.
Charge the motor. See step 18.
Replace the battery in the remote.
See the manual of the remote.
Replace the battery in the remote.

Make sure that the antenna of the motor
is out of the way from metal objects.
Move closer to the motor.
Pair the remote to the motor.
See step 6.
Charge the motor. See step 18.
Try a different charger or make sure the
charger is plugged in the outlet.
Pair the blind to a free channel to program
or use single select to program the blind.
