Boost

The ventilation airflow can be set to a
maximum (BOOST) for 30 minutes. This
can be useful when additional ventilation is
needed for a short time.
Turn on the Boost
1 Press and hold + for 3 seconds. LED 1
and LED 2 are on and LED 3 is blinking.
Turn off the Boost
The Boost will automatically turn off after 30
minutes.
To directly turn off the Boost Timer:
1 Press the + or - button. Boost will be
turned off and the device returns to the
previous setting.
Remark: the boost could also be activated for
shorter or longer periods than 30 minutes by
using other control devices e.g. like the HRU
display.

LED indications

The actual air flow status is displayed using
the LEDs as follows:

x1 ON or OFF according to the airflow preset that was
active before the boost was started.
■ AUTO indicator on:

A manual air flow adjustment is active that
will be overruled by the next programmed
scheduler step. If no schedule has been
programmed, the adjustment will be active
for two hours.
When the HRU integrated sensor ventilation or
an external sensor requires a higher air flow
than manually set or set by the ventilation
schedule, the next higher LED will be blinking
very slowly.

LED brightness

The brightness of the LED indicators can
be adjusted to 6 different brightness levels
including "off", this setting is
uniform for all LED indicators. To adjust the
LED brightness:
1. Press and hold MODE.
2. Use + and - to adjust the LED brightness
level.
3. Press MODE to confirm or
Press and hold MODE to cancel the
operation.
When no button is operated for 10
any adjustment made is cancelled. The unit
will return to normal operating mode.

Filter status

The filter status is represented by the filter
LED:
■ OFF: Filter OK / No failure;
■ BLINKING: Order replacement filter;
■ ON: Replace filter.
