Step 3: Lock all clamping levers and check their tightness. The clamping levers are
completely closed when they are in contact with their stop and cannot be pushed
down any further.
Example: Setting the angle to 36°: First set the angle to 30° using the fixed points:
The next step is to set the angle using the vernier scale to the next smaller 5° step,
i.e. 35°:
In the last step, set the angle to 36° using the vernier scale by setting the first short
