5. Operation

NOTE: before using it for the first time,
switch the device on for a few minutes and
allow it to run at the highest speed and high-
est temperature setting. As a result of the
manufacturing process, you may notice a
slight odour. This is normal and only occurs
during first use. Ensure that the room is well
ventilated.

Ionisation function

This device has an ionisation function that
permanently applies ions to the hair to re-
duce the static charge of the hair and im-
prove hair styleability.
5.1 Switching on/off and
controlling air flow
1. Connect the mains plug 1 with an easi-
ly accessible wall socket. The wall sock-
et must still be easily accessible after
connection.
2. Using the on/off switch 5 and the
switch for the speed settings, you can
switch the device on and select the de-
sired speed for the air flow:
0 = off
I = slow air flow, lower temperature
II = fast air flow, higher temperature
3. After drying/styling, switch the on/off
switch 5 to 0 (off) and pull out the
mains plug.
