Software requirements
To work with the IP C ame ra Tool, you ne ed a re ce nt ve rsion of one
of the following browse rs:
• Inte rne t Ex plore r (32 bits ve rsion only)
• Mozilla Firefox
• Google C hrome
• Safari
• O pe ra
Note : the functions and layout of the surve illance tool vary
depe nding on the browse r you are using. The im age s in this
manual are from Inte rne t Ex plore r on Microsoft Windows.
Installing the IP Camera Too l
The package contains a cd-rom with the re quired software .
1. Inse rt the cd-rom in the com pute r and locate the software
installe r (IPCam Se tup.exe ).
2. Double-click the installe r to launch the installation wizard and go
through the ste ps of the wizard.
If you are using W indows XP, you may need to restart your PC
to comple te the installation.
3. You will find the shortcut IP Cam e ra tool on your desk top.
7.2 A pple Macintosh

Installing the IP Camera Too l
The package contains a cd-rom with the re quired software .
1. Locate the IP Cam e ra Tool for Mac on the C D.
2. C opy the tool to your Mac and start the program .
