1. Press SLEEP to set the sleep timer.
2. Press TIMER ON or TIMER OFF to set a switch-on timer or
switch-off timer.
3. Press LIGHT to switch the display on the remote
control on and off (This function is not available on all
appliances).
4. Press TURBO button to activate and deactivate the
TURBO function.
5. Press LED button to switch the light on the control panel
on and off.

Optional operation
Replacing the batteries
Remove the battery compartment cover and take out the old batteries. Insert two
new AAA 1.5 V batteries, taking care to insert them the right way round. Close the
cover again.
• Always replace all batteries, do not use old batteries together with new ones.
• If you are not going to use the appliance for a long time, remove the batteries
so that they cannot leak in the remote control.
• Always aim the remote control directly at the indoor appliance.
• Keep the remote control away from TV sets or hi-fi systems.
• If the remote control does not work properly, remove the batteries and
reinsert them 30 seconds later. If it still does not work, replace the batteries.
