Prerequisites: none
The flexibility of the Caremaster allows for sideways pulling, pushing and lateral positioning.
Removal
After positioning has been completed, the Caremaster can be removed without moving the patient.
Support the patient with one hand.

The Caremaster can be pulled out from underneath the patient with the other hand.


4 Product marking / CE

The Petermann Sliding Mat Caremaster is a Class I Medical Device and meets the EU-Regulation
2017/745 of the European Parliament and Council dated 05.04.2017 for medical devices, also
called MDR.
Petermann GmbH is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485 by TÜV Süd, Medical Devices -
Quality management systems applicable to the design and development, production and
distribution of aids for people of limited mobility.

5 Cleaning, care and disinfection

The product doesn´t require any special maintenance. It can be machine washed at 90°C and dried at low
temperatures (45° - 50°C). We recommend washing with mild detergents. The use of cleaning agents with
bleaching ingredients or other chemical laundry additives, also as fabric softeners may lead to permanent
deterioration of the product properties.
