7.6. Playing an FM station saved in a memory slot

Press the Preset button. The display will show 'Preset Recall' and a list
of numbered preset slots. The name or frequency of the saved
station will also be displayed. If no station has previously been saved, the display will
show '(empty)'.

Use the ◂ or ▸ button to select the preset station that you would like to
hear (1-20). Press the SELECT button. The radio will select this station
and begin playing.
If no FM station has been saved using the preset button, the display will show
'Empty' and the radio will go back to playing the previous radio station.
7.7. Information on FM display
When listening to an FM station, you can view information shown on the display.

Press the Menu button repeatedly and let go to flick through various information
options.

Radio text (RT)
This is scrolling text that is provided by the station. This information may encompass the
name of an artist or song, name of the DJ etc.
•
Programme type (PTY)
Such as 'rock', 'pop', 'talk' or 'news'
•
Station name or frequency
Such as BR3 or 93. 30 MHz
•
Audio mode
Stereo or mono
•
Time and date
Provided by the station.
•
Battery status information
