5.5. Switching between operating modes

Please check the display to confirm the mode.

5.6. Using headphones

WARNING!
Hearing loss!
Do not listen to the radio at high volume when using headphones. This may lead to permanent
hearing loss.
Before using headphones, set the device to a minimum volume.
Only use headphones with a 3.5mm jack.
1. Plug the headphones into the headphone connection (12) on the back of
the device.
Sound will now only be emitted through the headphones: the main speaker is muted.
2. If you want the sound to be played via the speakers again, unplug the
headphones from the headphone connection on the device.
5.7. Language
When you use the radio for the first time, you must select the menu language.
10 languages are available.
German, English, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Slovakian, Norwegian and Danish.
1. Use the ◂ or ▸ button to select your preferred language.
2. Press the SELECT button

Navigation primarily involves the MENU (5) button and
pressing the ◂TUNE and TUNE ▸ and SELECT buttons
