Montage der hinteren Stellmotoren für
VW Golf 4-türig und Vento
- Türverkleidung demontieren.
- Bohrschablonen an die Türinnenseite anlegen, ausrichten
und festkleben (siehe Abb. 4).
- Bohrungen Ø 4,5 mm anfertigen
- Schablone entfernen, Löcher entgraten und mit Rostschutz-
mittel behandeln.
- Stellmotor mit den Blechschrauben auf dem Motorbefesti-
gungshalter anschrauben (siehe Abb. 5).
- Motorbefestigungshalter mit Stellmotor an den zuvor gebohr-
ten Punkten befestigen.
- Betätigungsgestänge durch die Öse des Stellmotors schie-
ben.
- Hub des Stellmotors einfahren.
- Originalgestänge auf "entriegeln" stellen.
- Betätigungsgestänge und Originalgestänge mit zwei Klemm-
stücken verbinden.

Drilling jig
Assembly of the rear servomotors for
VW Golf 4 doors and Vento.
- Dismount the door panelling.
- Put the drilling jig against the door inside, adjust and stick it
(see diagram 4).
- Drill Ø4.5 mm holes.
- Remove the drilling jig, burr the holes and treat them with
anticorrosive agents.
- Screw down the servomotor by means of the sheet metal
screws on the motor bracket (see diagram 5).
- Slide the connecting rod through the eyelet of the
servomotor.
- Retract the lifting part of the servomotor.
- Position the original rod on "unlock".
- Connect the connecting rod and the original rod by means of
two clamping devices.
