Montage der Stellmotoren vorne für
Golf III 2-/4-türig und Vento
- Batterie (Minuspol) abklemmen.
- Türverkleidung demontieren.
- Fenster in die obere Endstellung kurbeln.
- Bohrschablone an die Türinnenseite anlegen, ausrichten
(Anlegekanten beachten) und festkleben (siehe Abb. 1).
- Die gekennzeichneten Punkte auf Ø 3,5 mm aufbohren.

Drilling jig
- Das gestanzte Blechstück der Ausbuchtung (an Punkt 1,
Abb. 1) flachbiegen.
- Schablone entfernen, Löcher entgraten und mit Rostschutz-
mittel behandeln.
- Stellmotor mit Distanzhülsen und Schrauben (siehe Abb. 2)
befestigen.
- Gestänge in die Öse des Stellmotors einhaken.

- Disconnect the battery (negative pole)
- Dismount the door panelling.
- Wind the window up to the upper end position.
- Put the drilling jig against the door inside, adjust (pay
attention to the lay edges) and stick it (see diagram 1).
- Bore the marked points to Ø 3.5 mm.

- Bend flat the punched sheet plate of the indent (on point 1,
diagram 1).
- Remove the drilling jig, burr the holes and treat them with
anticorrosive agents.
- Fasten the servomotor by means of spacers and screws (see
diagram 2).
- Hook the rod in the eyelet of the servomotor.
