Start-up of the pump
Please read all instructions and notes carefully before you install the pump.
After the receipt of the swimming pool pump, check the package contents for complete-
ness und possible damages caused by transport. Verify that the size and model supplied
comply with your order. Notify your dealer or supplier of any discrepancies.
When installing and using the swimming pool pump, the following basic safety
precautions have to be followed:

Warning: To avoid injuries, children and people with limited cognitive abilities
are not permitted to use the swimming pool pump.
Warning: The swimming pool pump must be connected to a shockproof socket
protected by a ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). Contact a qualified electrician
if you cannot verify that the socket is protected by a GFCI.
Warning: To avoid the risk of electric shock, damaged connection cables have to be
replaced immediately.
Note: These operating instructions are part of the product. Please store them in an
accessible place. Pass on the operating instructions together with the swimming pool
pump when you sell or hand down the swimming pool pump.
