Caution!
Read carefully the instructions handbook supplied with
the battery charger.
The machine is designed for the installation of two types of battery charger:
Battery charger 1 (CBHF1) or 2 (CBHF2)
- CBHF1 (24V 12A) is for systems powered by two 12V batteries;
- CBHF2 (24V 24A) is for systems powered by four 6V batteries.
The battery chargers is designed to charge lead-acid (standard) or gel bat-
teries (optional).
In the event a battery charger is installed on the machine with lead-acid bat-
teries and you want to install gel batteries, the battery 3 indicator light on the
dashboard must be replaced (1 LED for lead batteries) with indicator light
4 (3 LEDs for gel batteries) and the dipswitches 5 located on the battery
charger must be configured. (Fig.26)
See the "Dipswitch configuration tables for "battery charger CBHF1 24V
12A (for TWO 12V batteries) and CBHF2 24V 25A (for FOUR 6V batte-
ries)".
Proceed in reverse order in the event gel batteries are installed on the ma-
chine.
Caution!
Do not intervene on the dipswitches if the batteries are
not to be replaced.
The machine must not be used until the batteries run out.
The LEDs of indicator lights 3 and 4 show the battery efficiency. As the
batteries run out, the LEDs switch from green to yellow to red.
Green light = batteries charged.
Yellow Light = batteries semi-charged.
Red Light = batteries discharged.
Recharging lead-acid or gel batteries.
To recharge the batteries, connect the charger plug to the 220V socket.
The three LEDs 6 on battery charger 1 and 2 indicate the battery charging
status and the display shows the relative information.
While charging, LEDs 6 will switch from Red (battery discharged) to Yellow
(battery semi-charged) and, finally, to Green (battery charged).
When the batteries are charged, remove the charger plug from the 220V
socket and place it in its housing
Caution!
Keep the hood open while charging "lead-acid"
batteries.
Caution!
For safety reasons, machine operation is disabled while
batteries are being charged.

La máquina está predispuesta para instalar dos tipos de cargador de ba-
tería:
Cargador de baterìa 1 (CBHF1) o 2 (CBHF2)
-
el CBHF1 (24V 12A) es para los sistemas eléctricos con dos
baterías de 12V o;
-
el CBHF2 (24V 24A) es para los sistemas eléctricos con
cuatro baterías de 6V.
Los cargadores están preparados para la recarga de las baterías de plomo
ácido (estándar) y para las baterías de gel (opcional).
Si en la máquina está instalado un cargador de batería y las baterías son de
"plomo ácido" y desea instalar el "tipo GEL" es necesario sustituir el indica-
dor del salpicadero de la batería 3 (1 LED para baterías de plomo ácido) por
el indicador 4 (3 LED para baterías de GEL) y configurar los interruptores
(dipswitch) 5 en el cargador de batería. (Fig.26). Consultar las "Tablas de
configuración del interruptor para cargador CBHF1 24V 12A (para DOS
baterías de 12v) y CBHF2 24v 25a (para CUATRO baterías de 6V) ".
Si las baterías de la máquina son de tipo GEL, proceder en sentido contrario

No confi gurar los interruptores (dipswitch) si no es
necesario cambiar el tipo de batería.
La máquina nunca debe utilizarse hasta agotar completamente las baterías.
Los led en los indicadores 3 y 4 indican la condición de carga de las ba-
terías con distintos colores.
Cuando las baterías se descargan, la luz pasa de verde a amarillo a rojo.
Luz VERDE = batería cargada.
Luz AMARILLA = batería semi-cargada.
Luz ROJA = batería descargada.
Recarga de las baterías de plomo ácido o de gel.
Para recargar las baterías, conectar el cargador de batería en la toma de
corriente de 220V.
Los tres led 6 en los cargadores 1 y 2 indican la condición de carga de la
batería, la pantalla en el cargador muestra las informaciones durante la
carga de la batería.
Durante la fase de carga los led 6 cambian de rojo (batería descargada) a
amarillo (semi-cargada), finalmente a verde (batería cargada).
Cuando las baterías estan cargadas, quitar el enchufe del cargador de la
toma de corriente de 220 V y colocarlo en su alojamiento.
Atención!
Se recomienda abrir el capó durante la carga de las
"baterías de plomo ácido".
Atención!
Por razones de seguridad, durante la carga de las baterías,
la máquina y sus funciones están deshabilitadas.
