7. When prompted to choose the server drivers, choose Select Additional Driver and press
Enter. Select Use only previously installed drivers, then press the Insert key to add
unlisted drivers.
08. Press F3.
09. In the pop-up box, type a:\NetWare and press Enter. Select the CPQRAID.HAM.
10. On the Driver CPQRAID Parameter Actions menu, use the arrow keys to choose
Save parameters
and load driver, and press Enter.
11. A pop-up window displays with the message, Do you want to select an additional
Disk Driver [Y/N]?
Choose the option that matches your requirement and continue the OS installation
as directed.
NetWare 5.x Driver Installation Procedure
A. After OS Installation
1. Insert the Smart Array 5300 Controller Support Software CD into the CD-ROM
drive.
2. At the System Console, type load CDROM , then press Enter.
3. At the System Console, type load <CD-volume name>:\NW5x\cpqsetup.nlm and
press Enter.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete driver installation. Results are logged
in the SYS:\SYSTEM\CPQSETUP.LOG file.
5. If you wish to install online ACU support at this time, view <CD-volume
name>:\Readme.txt for instructions.
6. After running cpqsetup, enter restart server .
B. During OS Installation

contains detailed instructions on installing the Smart Array 5300 as the boot controller,
