• No function: "Weld without command"
• The "Stop circuit open / no 24 V" fault is automatically reset.
• The DC link voltage is verified outside the sequence, the fault message is
automatically reset.
• With start tip dress request function
• Spot addressing (4 + 28 bits)
• Primary current regulation activated as default setting
• The time within the current has to exceed a minimum threshold is adjustable.
If this threshold is not exceeded on average, the sequence is stopped and an
error message occurs.(from firmware version -202)
• The inputs „Acknowledge Tip dress" and „Acknowledge Tip change" correspond
to the electrode that is selected via the inputs „Spot selection (bit 0)" .. „Spot
selection (bit 1)".
• Electrode status query
If the input „Request electrode status" is 0, the outputs „Tipdress request",
„Prewarning", „End of Stepper" and „Start tipdress request" correspond to all
the timer´s electrodes.
If the input „Request electrode status" is 1, these outputs correspond to the
electrode that is selected via the inputs „Spot selection (bit 0)" .. „Spot selection
(bit 1)".
• Echo signal
After a change of the spot selection, the electrode status bits and the UIR
status bits are switched according to the new selection. After this, the input
"echo signal" is mirrored to the output "echo signal".
If the input "echo signal" is toggled at the same time as the spot selection is
stable, you can detect that the electrode status bits and the UIR status bits are
valid by the toggled output "echo signal".
