Help in case of malfunction
Malfunction
Ride-on mower does not work.
Ride-on mower vibrates extensively.
Mower mechanism engine power decreases.
Unclean cut

Battery defective
Cutting blade lost.
Cutting blades not balanced.
Blade holder warped.
Grass too long or too wet.
Discharge channel/mower deck
blocked.
Cutting blade heavily worn.
Driving speed too fast.
Cutting blade worn, not sharp.
Incorrect cutting height
Driving speed too fast
Different tyre pressure on the
wheels
Cutting height set too low.
Grass is wet – it is too heavy to
be transported by air stream.
Cutting blade heavily worn.
Grass in lawn too high
Discharge channel/mower deck
soiled.
Carry out a self-test.**
Remedy
Carry out the following several times:
Switch off the ride-on mower and restart
after 5 seconds. If defective, have it re-
paired.*
Replace the rechargeable battery.*
Have it repaired.*
Have them balanced.*
Have it repaired.*
Correct the cutting height; make clear-
ance for mower mechanism by moving
back a short distance.
Clean discharge channel/mower deck.
Switch off the ride-on mower and re-
move the safety key.
Replace cutting blade.*
Reduce driving speed.
Replace or regrind the cutting blade.
Have resharpened blades balanced.*
Correct the cutting height.
Reduce driving speed.
Inflate to the correct tyre pressure (see
technical data).
Correct the cutting height.
Mow at a later time when lawn has dried
out.
Replace the blade.*
Mow grass twice:

1. Pass: high cutting height
■
2. pass: desired cutting height.
