4 Transport

4.1 Verpackung
Die Verpackungsart entspricht den in der Auftragsbe-
stätigung angegebenen Vereinbarungen mit dem Be-
steller. Falls keine Verpackungsart vereinbart wurde,
richtet sich diese nach dem Transportweg. Die auf der
Verpackung angebrachten Bildzeichen sind zu beach-
ten.
4.2 Zerlegungsgrad
Die Kupplung wird in zwei Montageeinheiten vormon-
tiert geliefert.
Die Einzelteile mit den Positionen 1 bis 32 (außer
Pos. 17) sind auf der Welle (25) montiert und bilden so
eine Montageeinheit.
Die zweite Montageeinheit wird durch Gehäuse−Ober-
teil (34) und Gehäuse−Unterteil (35) sowie den Flansch
(36) gebildet. Diese Teile sind mit den Sechskant−
schrauben (37, 38) und Scheiben (41, 42) lose ver−
schraubt und mit den Zylinderstiften (47) verstiftet. Die
Verdrehsicherung für den Spulenkörper (1), bestehend
aus Halte−schraube (48), Sechskantmutter (49) und
Dichtscheibe (50), ist lose im Gehäuse−Unterteil (35)
eingeschraubt.
Die Zylinderschrauben (39, 40) und O−Ringe (17, 52,
53) werden separat verpackt mitgeliefert.
4.3 Empfindlichkeit
Beim Transport der Kupplung ist besonders vorsichtig
zu verfahren, um Schäden durch Gewalteinwirkung
oder unvorsichtiges Be− und Entladen zu verhindern.
Je nach Art und Dauer des Transportes sind entspre-
chende Transportsicherungen vorgesehen.
Während des Transportes sind Kondenswasserbildung
aufgrund großer Temperaturschwankungen sowie Stö-
ße zu vermeiden.
4.4 Zwischenlagerung
Die auf der Welle montierten Bauteile der Kupplung sind
mit einem Ölfilm vor Korrosion geschützt. Die außenlie-
genden Flächen des Gehäuses sind durch einen An-
strich, Grundfarbe Grau, geschützt. Soll die Kupplung
zwischengelagert werden, ist ein zusätzlicher Korro-
sionsschutz vorzunehmen. Angaben hierzu erhalten
Sie von unserem Kundendienst, Anschrift s. Kap. 10.3.
4.5 Lieferumfang
Die Vollständigkeit der Lieferung ist beim Empfang an
Hand der Packliste zu überprüfen. Eventuelle Trans-
portschäden und/oder fehlende Teile sind sofort schrift-
lich zu melden.

4.1 Packing
The type of packing complies with the agreements with
the orderer as stated in the order acknowledgement. If
no type of packing has been agreed, it depends on the
transportation route.
The symbols marked on the packing must be adhered
to.
4.2 Pre−mounting condition
The clutch is supplied pre−mounted in two mounting
units.
The single parts with Items 1 to 32 (except item 17) are
mounted on the shaft (25) and form one mounting unit.
The second mounting unit consists of the housing up-
per part (34) and housing lower part (35) and of the
flange (36). These parts are loosely screwed by the he-
xagon screws (37, 38) and washers (41, 42) and are pin
connected by the cyl. pins (47). The torsional limitation
for the coil body (1), consisting of holding screw (48),
hexagon nut (49) and seal washer (50) is loosely scre-
wed into the housing lower part (35).
The cyl. screws (39, 40) and O−rings (17, 52, 53)are
supplied separately packed.
4.3 Sensitivity
Be particularly careful on transportation of the clutch in
order to avoid damage due to external force or careless
loading and unloading. In relation to the type and dura-
tion of transportation corresponding transportation de-
vices are provided.
During transportation avoid shocks as well as the gene-
ration of condensation water due to temperature fluc-
tuations.
4.4 In−process stocking
The components of the clutch mounted on the shaft are
protected against corrosion by an oil film. The external
faces of the housing are protected by a coat of paint, pri-
mary colour grey. Should it be intended to stock the
clutch in−process, another protection against corro-
sion has to be provided. Please consult our after−sales
service (address given in chapter 10.3).
4.5 Delivery extent
On receipt check the consignment for completeness
(see packing list). Possible damage during transporta-
tion and/or missing parts must be advised immediately
and in writing.
