10 Ersatzteilhaltung und Kundendienst
10.1 Ersatzteilhaltung
(Einzelteile sowie Positionsangaben s. Kap. 5.2)
Eine Bevorratung der wichtigsten Ersatz− und Ver-
schleißteile ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung für die stän-
dige Funktion und Einsatzbereitschaft der Kupplung.
Verschleißteile sind: Innen− und Aussenlamellen (6, 7)
. Rillenkugellager (10, 23, 24)
Nur für die von uns gelieferten Original−Ersatzteile
übernehmen wir eine Garantie. Wir machen ausdrück-
lich darauf aufmerksam, daß der Einbau und/oder die
Verwendung nicht von uns gelieferter Ersatzteile die
konstruktiv vorgegebenen Eigenschaften der Kupp-
lung negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und/o-
der passive Sicherheit beeinträchtigen kann.
Der Explosionsschutz erlischt, sobald
keine Original−Ersatzteile der Stromag AG einge-
setzt werden.
Für Schäden, die durch die Verwendung von Nicht−
Original−Ersatzteilen und −Zubehör entstehen, ist
jede Haftung und Gewährleistung seitens der Stro-
mag AG ausgeschlossen. Insbesondere dürfen die
eingesetzten Kabelverschraubungen nicht durch
Standard−Verschraubungen ersetzt werden.
Bitte beachten Sie, daß für Eigen− und Fremdteile oft
besondere Fertigungs− und Lieferspezifikationen be-
stehen und wir Ihnen stets Ersatzteile nach dem neu−
esten technischen Stand und nach den neuesten ge-
setzlichen Vorschriften anbieten.
10.2 Daten für Ersatzteilbestellung
Zur Ersatzteilbestellung bedienen Sie sich bitte der Er-
satzteilliste im Kap. 5.2.

vice
10.1 Spare parts stocking
(Single parts with item designation as per chap. 5.2)
To assure the continuous functioning and readiness for
operation of the clutch, it is necessary to keep on stock
the most important spare parts as well as parts subject
to normal wear.
Parts subject to wear are: Inner and outer discs (6, 7)
We only accept liability for the original spare parts sup-
plied by ourselves. We express clearly that the assem-
bly and/or utilisation of other parts than the original
spare parts supplied by ourselves, can change infavou-
rably the characteristics of the clutch prescribed by the
construction and that thereby the direct and/or indirect
safety can be affected.
The explosion−proofness is cancelled as
soon as non−original spare parts (no original Stro-
mag spare parts) are used.
For damage caused by the utilisation of not original
spare parts and accessories, any liability and war-
ranty of the Stromag AG is excluded. In particular,
the used cable glands must not be replaced by stan-
dard screwings.
Please bear in mind that often special manufacturing
and delivery specifications apply to own as well as to fo-
reign parts and that we always offer spare parts to the
up−dated technical conditions and the up−dated legal
prescriptions.
10.2 Data for spare parts orders
When ordering spare parts please refer to the spare
parts list in chap. 5.2.
