1. Transfer the chassis and seat plans to the plywood sheet ( Part 1) by measuring
or tracing (Plans on page 7)
Drill the 4mm and 3mm diameter holes
Sand to finish
2. Bend the wire for the antenne as shown (pattern on page 9).
3. Mount the friction motor unit ( Part 4) and the antenne ( Part 3) on the chassis using the M3 x 12mm machine
screws( Part 6) the washers 3,2mm ( part 25 ) and 2 lock nuts (Part 5) on to the chassis ( Part 1) See photographs (
3a-3e)

The direction of the motor is important!

4. Cutting the pine strip
Mark out the pine strip ( Plans on page 7) and saw the pieces as shown in
the photograph.
Sand to finish.
5. Seats and consul
Glue the seat piece A 10 x 20 x 70mm on to the plywood seat backs ( Photographs 5a -5c)
PC consul. Assemble and glue parts C and D ( Photograph 5d )

Glue the seat seat on the cahssis ( Photographs 5e-5f )
PC consul: glue the consul in position ( Correct way around ) ( Photographs 5g -5h )
