Einstellung der Endlagen

Trennen Sie vor der Einstellung der Endlagen, den
Schwenkantrieb von der Luftzufuhr.
Niemals die Einstellschrauben gegen die Wirkung des
Druckes einstellen.
Die Einstellung der Endlagen erfolgt über die Schrauben
„F" und „B" im Gehäuse.
Fahren Sie die Kolben des Schwenkantriebes zusam-
men indem Sie den Anschluss 4 mit Druck beaufschla-
gen. Der Antrieb befi ndet sich jetzt in Grundstellung 0°.
Lösen Sie die Kontermutter und drehen Sie die
Endlagenschraube „F" so weit vor, bis die gewünschte
Endlage des Schwenkantriebes erreicht ist.
Sichern Sie die Endlageneinstellschraube indem Sie die
Kontermutter wieder anziehen.
Fahren Sie die Kolben des Schwenkantriebes ausein-
ander indem Sie den Anschluss 2 mit Druck beaufschla-
gen. Der Antrieb befi ndet sich jetzt in Schaltstellung 90°.
Die Einstellung erfolgt wie vor beschrieben, jedoch über
die Endlageneinstellschraube „B".
Sichern Sie die Endlageneinstellschraube indem Sie die
Kontermutter wieder anziehen.

Setting the End Positions
Isolate the actuator from the air supply before
adjusting the end positions.
Never use the adjusting screws to press against the
operating pressure.
Adjustment of the end positions is performed via screws
"F" and "B" in the casing.
Take the pistons together in which pressure is applied
to connection 4. The actuator is now in position basic
position 0°.
Loosen the lock nut at the side and then turn the end
position screw "F" inwards until the desired position is
reached.
Secure the position by tightening the lock nut.

Take the pistons apart in which pressure is applied to
connection 2. The actuator is now in position switch
position 90°.
Loosen the lock nut at the side and then turn the end
position screw "B" inwards until the desired position is
reached.
Secure the position by tightening the lock nut.
