Gefahren bei Nichtbeachtung der
Sicherheitshinweise
Die Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitshinweise kann zum
Verlust jeglicher Schadensersatzansprüche führen.
Im einzelnen kann Nichtbeachtung beispielweise folgen-
de Gefährdungen nach sich ziehen:

Versagen wichtiger Funktionen der Schwenkan-
triebe
•
Gefährdung von Personen durch elektrische,
pneumatische und mechanische Einwirkung
Gefahrenquellen
Bei Einhaltung der Anweisungen bei Montage, Wartung
und Bedienung sind keine besonderen Gefahrenquellen
an der Maschine vorhanden.
Vor Wartungs– und Reinigungsarbeiten die
pneumatische Versorgung und die Span-
nungsversorgung der Antriebe unterbrechen
und verriegeln.
Bei der Funktionsprüfung von montierten
Antrieben auf Armaturen, besteht die Gefahr
von Quetschungen beim Schalten der
Armaturen.
Bediener
Der Bediener darf erst den Schwenkantrieb in Betrieb
nehmen, wenn er die Bedienungsanleitung gelesen und
verstanden hat.
Betreiber
Der Betreiber verpfl ichtet sich, nur Personen an
dem Schwenkantrieb arbeiten zu lassen, die mit den
grundlegenden Vorschriten über Arbeitssicherheit und
Unfallverhütung vertraut und in die Handhabung des
Schwenkantriebes eingewiesen sind.
Zusätzlich hat er dafür zu sorgen, dass alle Wartungs–
und Montagearbeiten von autorisiertem und qualifi zier-
tem Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden, das sich durch
eingehendes Studium der Betriebsanleitung ausreichend
informiert hat.
Der Betreiber muss
dem Bediener die Bedienungsanleitung
zugänglich machen und die persönliche
Schutzausrüstung bereitstellen.
In regelmäßigen Abständen das sicherheits-
bewusste Arbeiten der Bediener prüfen.

Operators
Operators are only allowed to implement the actuator,
when they have read and fully understood the contents
of the installation instructions.
Owner/Operator
The owner/operator commits himself to only allow
persons to work on the actuator, who have read and are
familiar with the regulations on occupational safety and
accident prevention and are instructed in the handling of
actuators.
Additionally, the owner/operator is to ensure that all
maintenance & assembly as well as other ancillary
activities concerned with the actuator are carried out
by qualifi ed and authorized skilled persons, who have
proved their ability to carry out such activities via
successfully-completed training in all implications and
consequences of these operating instructions.
The owner/operator has to
