5.3 Allgemeine Informationen
Pause Mode:
Drücken Sie während des Trainings Pause, dann springt
der Computer in den Pausemodus und alle Daten bleiben
für 10 Minuten erhalten. Alle 30 Sekunden ertönt ein
Erinnerungssignalton. Wollen Sie das Training fortsetzen, dann
drücken Sie Quick Start. Um die Pause zu beenden drücken Sie
Stop. Nach 10 Minuten wird die Pause automatisch beendet und
der Computer springt in the Startbildschirm zurück.

Einstellungen und Diagnosemodi
Der Einstellungsmodus ermöglicht Benutzern den Zugriff
auf verschiedene Funktionen, einschließlich der Möglichkeit,
angesammelte Trainingsdaten anzuzeigen, Systemprüfungen
durchzuführen und die aktuelle Softwareversion anzuzeigen / zu
aktualisieren.
Start des Einstellungsmodus:
Um den Einstellungs- und Diagnosemodus zu starten, halten
Sie die Tasten USER und FOCUS WORKOUTS gleichzeitig für 3
Sekunden gedrückt. Wählen Sie mit den Tasten +/- eine der vier
verfügbaren Kategorien (Konsoleneinstellungen, Konsolendaten
anzeigen, Konsolendiagnose und DFU-Modus (Geräte-Firmware-
Aktualisierung)) ausund bestätigen Sie die Auswahl mit ENTER.
Computereinstellungsmodus:
Schalten Sie mit den +/- Tasten zwischen Konsolensoftware und
Sitz kalibrieren (geht nicht bei diesem Modell) um und drücken
Sie zur Bestätigung die ENTER-TASTE.
Computerdatenmodus anzeigen:
Im
Konsolendatenmodus
Gesamtstundenzähler, den Gesamtkilometerzähler, die aktuelle
Softwareversion anzeigen und das Fehlerprotokoll anzeigen /
löschen, indem er die +/- Tasten drückt. Der Kilometerzähler und
die Betriebsstundenzählerdaten werden dauerhaft gespeichert
und dienen als Aufzeichnung der Gesamtdistanz und -zeit, die
das Gerät gesammelt hat. Diese Daten können niemals gelöscht
werden. Das Fehlerprotokoll zeichnet die zehn letzten Fehlercodes
auf. Diese Information ist nützlich bei der Fehlersuche und
Diagnose von Problemen mit dem Cardio Strider. Wir empfehlen,
die Fehlerlogodaten nur zu löschen, wenn Sie von einem Inspire-
Techniker dazu aufgefordert werden.
Computerdiagnosemodus:
Die Computerdiagnose ist normalerweise für Inspire-Techniker
reserviert. Diese Funktion testet die Computerfunktion vom

5.3 Generell Informations
Pause Mode:
While any program is running, pressing the STOP key will launch
the Pause Mode for ten (10) minutes. The onboard speaker
(if turned on) will beep every thirty (30) seconds to serve as a
reminder that the unit has been paused. The display will flash
"Paused" and each metrics display field will post "P". To return to
the previous program, press the QUICK START key. If no further
input is made, the Pause Mode will timeout, and the console will
enter the Ready Mode. To exit the Pause Mode and continue the
currently running program, press the QUICKSTART key. To quit
the paused program at any time, press the STOP key two (2)
times to launch the Ready Mode.
Workout Results Mode
For additional user feedback, the Inspire console provides a brief
workout summary immediately following the completion of the
workout session.
Settings & Diagnostics Modes
Overview The Settings Mode allows users access to several
functions, including the ability to view accumulated workout data,
perform system checks and view/update the current software
version.
Settings Mode Launch:
To launch the Settings & Diagnostics Mode, press and hold
the USER and FOCUS WORKOUTS keys simultaneously for 3
seconds. Choose one of the four available categories (Console
Settings, View Console Data, Console Diagnostics and DFU
(Device Firmware Update) Mode via the +/- keys, pressing
ENTER to confirm the selection.
Console Settings Mode:
Toggle between Console Software and Calibrate Seat via the +/-
keys, pressing ENTER to confirm. If Calibrate Seat was selected,
toggle between "YES" and "NO," and confirm the selection. The
seat calibration process is automatic, and the seat will move
without user input or control. Be prepared and stand clear of the
machine until the process is complete.
View Console Data Mode:
From the View Console Data Mode, the user can view the Total
den
Hour Meter, Total Odometer, current Software Version and
View/Clear the Error Log by pressing the +/- keys. The Odometer
and Hour Meter data is stored permanently and serves as a
record of the total distance and time the unit has accumulated.
This data can never be erased or deleted. The error log will
record the ten most recent error codes. This information is
useful when troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with the
CardioStrider. We recommend only clearing the error logo data
if asked to do so by an Inspire technician.
Console Diagnostics Mode:
The console diagnostics are typically reserved for Inspire
technician use. This function will test the console operation of
the sound, display, keypads and heart rate signal transmission/
reception. DFU Update Mode As software upgrades and updates
become available, it may be necessary to install the latest
firmware and software. The DFU/Device Firmware Update
process will initiate, monitor and confirm the entire process.
Software and firmware updates are typically reserved for Inspire
technicians.
