9. Einsatz von Blindkontakten
Nicht belegte BCB 0.6 und MQS 1.5CB-
Kammern sind durch an der Halteplatte
angespritzte Dichtstifte (siehe Abb. 7)
oder Blindkontakte vor der
Kontaktbestückung abzudichten!
Blindkontakte gemäß
Angebotszeichnung und Kammertyp
auswählen.
Die Kammertypen (BCB 0.6 und MQS
1.5CB) dürfen nur mit den hierfür
vorgesehenen Blindkontakten bestückt
werden. (Fehlbestückung kann zu
Undichtheit der Steckverbindung oder
Kollision mit den Pins führen!).
Eine Kombination von Blindstopfen
mit Halteplatten für Minderbestückungs-
varianten ist möglich.
Konturen am Blindkontakt zu den
Aussparungen in der Halteplatte
ausrichten (siehe Abb. 8).

9. Operation of dummy terminals
Primarily not occupied BCB 0.6 / MQS
1.5CB-chambers have to be sealed by re-
taining plates with moulded sealing pins
(refer to Fig. 7) or by dummy plugs before
the fitting of the terminals!
Choose dummy terminals according to of-
fer drawing and type of chamber.
The types of chambers (BCB 0.6 and MQS
1.5CB) must only be fitted with the corre-
sponding dummy terminals. (Wrong fittings
can cause leakage of the connector or col-
lision between pin and dummy terminal!).
A combination of dummy terminals with re-
taining plates for reduced assembly vari-
ants is possible.
Align contours on dummy terminal with the
notches in the retaining plate (refer Fig. 8).
